2022 Pinot Gris 

Winemakers Notes: The 2020 growing season allowed us to pick earlier than usual but with a higher degree of ripeness. Three separate lots of Pinot Gris from different vineyards were fermented on their own in stainless steel at cool temperatures (13-15 Celsius). After a few months of settling, portions of the three cuvées were blended for final bottling in early Spring.  
Vintage: 2022
Nose: The bouquet is characterized by high-toned citrus fruit, pear, green apple, ginger, a hint of nectarine, and a through line of salinity and spice. 
Palate: A fresh, energetic palate texture, good mid-palate weight and flavours of white peach, lemon, lime, and green apple. 
Pairing Suggestions: Generously seasoned poached or steamed salmon with three-bean salad 
Residual Sugar: 1.9 g/l

2022 Nosey Neighbour White 

Winemakers Notes: A meticulous blend of 33% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Pinot Gris, 18% Viognier, 14% Chardonnay & 5% Gewürztraminer

Nose: Baked apple, citrus, honey
Palate: Peach, green apple, & guava
Pairing Suggestions: Mild cheeses, vegetable dishes, fish & chips
