Made with fruit from an exclusive leased property in the Okanagan Valley. The fruit was harvested in October 2022, and whole cluster pressed to stainless steel tank. After a short settling period, the juice was fermented at a low controlled temperature before being manually shut down to preserve a small amount of residual sugar. After a short ageing in tank, the wine is perfect to spice up your life!

Nose:  tangerine, grapefruit, lychee, rose and lavender,

Palate: Medium-bodied with a bright acidity and a lingering, dry finish.
