Winemakers Notes: From a single site in Oliver, this Sauvignon Blanc was 15% new barrel fermented, 10% skin contract fermented, 75% stainless steel fermented. All components were aged on the lees for 4 months for added palate texture and complexity.
Vintage: 2020
Nose: A clear lemon-green wine with a little bit of everything on the nose – lime zest, lemon juice, passion fruit, bell pepper, cut grass, with a little bit of smoke and toast.
Palate: The palate is bone dry with precise acidity and nuanced texture. 
Pairing Suggestions: Crab cakes, seafood salads, or soft, flavourful cheeses
